Respectful resolution
As people managers and leaders, we all play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing how we work together to build a safe, kind, inclusive culture. A way to help do this is to feel comfortable to talk about any poor or inappropriate behaviours we may see or experience in our teams and to do this informally whenever appropriate and as soon as possible. We are pleased to invite you to attend a Respectful Resolution training session on Friday 1st November 9.00am-12.30pm, 9 Floor Conference Centre, Royal Site, Training Room 1 and 2. Room capacity is limited to 20 and is on a first come first served basis. Attending the session will orientate you to the Respectful Resolution pathway and toolkit, and will help you to have the confidence and capability to take this forward with colleagues and share in your teams.
