Appraisals at LUHFT have changed to improve your experience, to make your conversations meaningful and to help you to feel valued, supported and clear on your goals and your contribution.
This page provides some key information to help you get started with the new appraisal quickly, and that you understand the ask of you, whether you are an Appraiser or an Appraisee. There’s also guidance and supporting information to help things go well, with a focus on good end to end process management and a quality conversation.
*Please note, the new appraisal process and framework does not apply to Medics/Doctors and Dentists who currently use the L2P system for their appraisal and revalidation. The current process and method for appraisal for these colleagues will remain unchanged*
