What is self-directed learning?

Self-directed learning is an approach to learning which supports colleagues to embark on their own learning journey.

Learning and Development have created a series of bitesize reads and 20-30 micro-learns (recorded Teams sessions) for all colleagues to access at any time that suits them.

All self-directed resources can be located and enrolled in via ESR self-service.  For guidance doing this, please use the document on the right hand side of the page.

Bitesize resources
