Once a vacancy request has completed the approval process the recruitment team will advertise the vacancy.At this stage the vacancy will appear under ‘Longlisting’ on Trac.
Advertising a vacancy enables you to inform potential candidates of not only the role you wish to fill but to also promote the Trust and your department.
