New website, careers site and DMS, has now launched!
We’re excited to announce that the new Liverpool University Hospitals website, careers website and Our Documents our new document management system is now live.

Our documents – the new document management system
A new, improved document management system (DMS), called ‘Our Documents’ will ensure greater version control of clinical and non-clinical documentation and has the ability to search for documents by name, service or by document type. Corporate and clinical documents such as policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and much more will be stored here. Colleagues will still be able to access the DMS via the intranet, and there will be a new desktop icon for quick access.

Careers website
There will also be a new dedicated careers website improving the experience for potential applicants and new recruits. The address is www.careers.liverpoolft.nhs.uk and it incorporates tips and guidance during the application and onboarding process, profiles and comments from staff and a section dedicated to recruitment from overseas, with a new translate function. TRAC will still be used to manage recruitment processes and is integrated with the site.
