Recording an appraisal on ESR:
*Please remember to mark your appraisal as completed on ESR, appraisals not marked on ESR will not count towards appraisal compliance*

Checking partially completed appraisals on ESR:
Please check your ESR records to ensure your appraisals are marked as 'complete'. Any appraisals which are marked as 'saved', 'in progress', 'ongoing with main appraiser' are not complete and will not count towards compliance. This may also impact on pay progression.
