We need your feedback to ensure we continue to improve distribution. Prior to completing the form, please check the kitchen locations numbers from the list below and identify the kitchen closest to your area before submitting.

*Please note submissions are reviewed and where possible quantities will be updated for the next delivery date, however we cannot guarantee additional stocks being supplied. We appreciate the organisations patience with this.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I don’t use the kitchen; can it be brought to our area?

Even though some teams don’t usually access kitchens, due to the large number of supplies we can’t deliver stocks to each department individually. As these supplies are for all staff, please access the nearest kitchen and obtains some supplies for the area, if you feel there is not enough, please fill in the form to influence the next order.

  • We haven't received enough for our area supplies to our nearest kitchen.

We have done work and research around the Trust to identify the number of supplies needed for the sites, however we plan to review and work with the organisation to improve this process and get this right for colleagues. If you feel your team has not been supplied with Tea and Coffee, please complete the form and we will review.

  • Why have only some kitchens been chosen but not others? There isn’t one close enough to us.

Due to the large number of kitchens in LUHFT, we have identified most accessible and most frequently used kitchens which allow volunteers to easily deliver tea and coffee.

  • What do I do if we need more tea and coffee for our area?
