I make time to listen to my team and support their wellbeing (home and work)
Why is it important?
When teams feel listened to, and supported with their wellbeing, they feel valued and respected. This strengthens their relationship with you, increases trust and boosts self-esteem and motivation.
How do I do it?
You ensure that colleagues are aware of the support available through the Life at LUHFT support offer.
You model good behaviour by considering your own wellbeing and work life balance and acting accordingly and encourage your team/individuals to do the same.
You have regular wellbeing conversations with team members, and aim to support them with flexible working, effective rostering and reasonable adjustments where possible.
