Why is it important?
Team members feel appreciated and acknowledged for their hard work and accomplishments when they receive praise and recognition. This makes them feel more engaged and motivated to perform at their best.
How do I do this?
- I give praise and recognition to team members and thank them for their contributions.
- I nominate team members for internal recognition such as Thank You Thursdays, Employee of the Month, Team of the Month.
- I ensure team members feel valued and appreciated.
