I regularly communicate with my team to ensure they are kept up to date
Why is it important?
When colleagues are communicated with on a regular basis, they are likely to feel more informed, valued and empowered to make decisions that benefit the team.
How do I do it?
You hold regular team meetings to brief colleagues on Trust and local issues and information and ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute and be heard.
You take time to seek and listen to colleague views, ideas and concerns.
You make time to engage in Trust forums and cascade information e.g. staff brief, Liverpool News, e-mails, people manager forum.
