Phase 2 of our improvement journey
We’ve seen some significant benefits for our patients thanks to the work undertaken in phase 1 of our improvement plan.
This progress is vitally important in changing the way we operate, putting patients at the heart of everything we do, and making the Trust a place that you are proud to work at.
Phase 1 of our improvement journey was about taking on board feedback and tackling issues by putting colleagues closest to them in control of identifying the solutions. The results we have seen prove that this approach works.
For phase 2, we will be continuing to make further improvements in some of the areas included in phase 1, and embedding them into being the way we work at LUHFT, so that the quality of the care we provide is the best it can be for our patients.
