This year, we are offering a range of team-based prizes for a completion rate. Prizes have kindly been donated by My Ark, provider of our Life at LUHFT staff app.
Prizes will be delivered weekly, for the full eight-week duration of the Staff Survey window (30 September - 24 November).
How will the prizes work?
Two prizes will be available each week during the eight-week duration of the survey window.
Prizes and eligibility criteria is set out below, and takes team size into account to ensure equity of opportunity.
Prizes will be given based on:
- Target Response Rate (%) (overall) – teams reaching the target response rate will be entered into a prize draw each week. The earlier teams hit the target, the more chances they will have to win a prize.
- Most responses (in week) – teams which improve by the level set below each week will be entered into the weekly prize draw.

How will teams be picked?
Each week, the data will be updated and eligible teams entered into the draws.
The draws will be conducted by the Organisational Development Team, using a random number generator.
Teams will be informed if they have won a prize, and eligible teams will be featured in the weekly ‘Thank You Thursday’ communication.
What are the prizes?
- Weekly prizes: Pizzas/buffet for your team (two chances to win for the 8 weeks of the survey)
- End of survey prize: All eligible teams will be entered into a prize draw to win a coffee machine for your team (prize provided by My Ark, the Life at LUHFT Staff App Provider).
