Inspiring Women's Network

The Inspiring Women’s Staff Network at LUHFT is dedicated to empowering women and ensuring they are valued and heard. Our goal is to foster an organisation where women can achieve their full potential, ultimately driving gender equality in leadership.

We aim to create an inclusive community where women and those who identify as women can support each other, share experiences, and work together to change perceptions. The network seeks to break down barriers that hold women back, influencing policies and challenging gender disparities in the workplace.
