The Ethnic Minority Network at LUHFT is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for colleagues who identify as being from an ethnic minority background.

This network serves as a vital forum for promoting race equality, ensuring all staff have equal access to opportunities and resources. By working collaboratively with other groups, the network helps the Trust make strides toward racial equality. It also aids ethnic minority staff in identifying their training needs, ensuring they receive the support necessary to grow and succeed.

Joining this network is not just about belonging to a group; it's about contributing to meaningful change and ensuring everyone has a fair chance to succeed within the Trust. If you want to be part of a community that champions equality, advocates for change, and supports each other, the Ethnic Minority Network is the place to be. Let's work together to create a more inclusive workplace.
