The Leadership Self-Assessment Tool (LSAT) supports leaders to self-assess themselves and develop as required, embarking on their own individual leadership journey.

It centres around the seven Leadership Domains outlined in the Leadership Framework. The LSAT helps leaders to see a further breakdown of the Leadership Domains and understand the sub-domains which sit within them.

How do I use the LSAT?

Leaders are able to use the LSAT tool to self-assess themselves against the domain(s) of their choosing. The important thing to note is that there is no right or wrong way for leaders to use the LSAT, is it about being able to understand your own personal leadership strengths and development areas.

Within the LSAT, there are a range of development programmes, resources and training opportunities which leaders may want to factor into their development plans. Leaders will be able to plan and prioritise their journey using the LSAT tool planning page.
