What is a Falls Champion?
Each ward and department area should have their own Falls Champion.
Why is the role of the falls champion important across the organisation?
- Promote good practise
- Challenge and escalate poor practise
- Role model
- Demonstrate evidence base practice
- Act as a resource
- Contribute to audits
- Commitment to training.
Fall champions meetings are held quarterly via Teams. The meeting links will be emailed to all our falls champions
