Information alert:

After registering in 'At your service' and setting the password, set your default building to either:

· Aintree

· Broadgreen

· Royal

Set your default location to your department within the default building.

  • Maintenance
  • Portering
  • Domestics
  • Pest Control
  • Waste

  • Reporters name (or another staff member who is aware of the problem)
  • Location of problem (building, room, floor etc)
  • Brief detail of problem / request
  • Contact details
  • Any other useful information.

If you have contacted the Estates and Facilities team via our online form, you will receive an email acknowledgement with a job reference number for further correspondence.
