The Elevate Leadership Programme is a bespoke programme designed to support Ethnic Minority colleagues across the Cheshire & Merseyside region in exploring their leadership credentials and aspirations.
Elevate is geared to discussing the challenges facing Ethnic Minority colleagues and help overcome some of the many barriers to leadership linked to discrimination, and lack of training opportunities which have faced this community. The programme aims to support those who wish to progress their careers and ‘Elevate’ themselves into leadership positions within the NHS.
