The Epro system which is used to manage clinical letters will be upgraded and to facilitate this, the system will be unavailable between Friday 12 July, 7pm to Saturday 13 July 11am. Letters can still be viewed through ADT dashboard during this time.
This upgrade brings all the previous familiar features with the added benefit of referral management and workflow. There are some new features and functions and we would advise that you view the training videos or attend the training sessions below, ahead of the upgrade to familiarise yourself with the changes.
The cloud and internet first approach the upgrade enables, means that "cloud hosted" and internet connectivity will be the default delivery model for NHS and healthcare organisations providing services for the NHS.
