Employee and Team of the Month awards are part of our reward and recognition scheme, which aims to celebrate success across the organisation.
Each month a colleague and a team is highlighted from across our hospitals and community departments, who have worked with compassion and care to embody our values of Caring, Fair and Innovative.
Teams and individuals can be nominated via their colleagues, leaders, patients, family and friends, as well as external partners for going above their duties to make a difference to a patient journey.
