The COVID-19 Pandemic
During the pandemic, the Trust was part of the COVID heart study which looked at how COVID-19 impacted on the heart.

Clinical study for adults with symptomatic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
Assessing the effects of Inclisiran on clinical outcomes among people with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
Assessing the effects of Ziltivekimab on clinical outcomes among people with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,chronic kidney disease and systemic inflammation.
